Daniel Boulud is delighted to offer his guests The Ballroom and The Conservatory for festive entertaining. The Ballroom accommodates up to 100 guests for breakfast, lunch or dinner and 150 for cocktail receptions. The Conservatory accommodates up to 50 guests for breakfast, lunch or dinner and 80 guests for cocktail receptions. These two elegant private rooms are perfect settings for wedding receptions, social celebrations or business functions. The elegant Brazillian Court Courtyard is also available for open air wedding ceremonies. Our Catering Consultants look forward to taking personal care of every detail of your entertaining needs. Together these timeless entertaining spaces offer you and your guests a relaxed yet elegant ambiance complemented by exquisite service and the refined cuisine of Chef Daniel Boulud.

CUISINE

Chef Daniel Boulud, Chef de Cuisine Zach Bell and Pastry Chef Matthew Petersen wish to ensure each client has a superb dining experience, memorable for its indisputable quality of ingredients, expert preparation and beautiful presentation. Café Boulud's menu reflects Chef Boulud's four muses: La Tradition, La Saison, Le Potager and Le Voyage. La Tradition highlights classic French dishes. La Saison features courses in harmony with the seasons. La Légéété, named for light and healthful dishes. And finally, Le Voyage is inspired by Daniel's interpretation of various world cuisines. Whether you are planning a three-course luncheon, a simple breakfast meeting or a multi-course wine tasting dinner, we will be happy to create a custom menu to delight you and your guests.

THE WINE CELLAR

Our cellar is filled with vintages from every continent. The impressive array of selections is arranged by grape variety. Our sommelier is happy to recommend wine selections to accompany any or all courses of your custom menu.

DÉCOR

The Ballroom is designed with the feel of the dining room from a slendid Palm Beach home. The jewel of a room is graced with three arched French doors in-laid with aged mercury glass. Custom mahogany corner cabinets blend gracefully with the crown detailing contributing to the elegant private villa ambiance. Bergamo floral tapestry, in shades of sunflower gold, moss green and amber, covers the Klismos inspired chairs, spreading the flowers of Provence throughout the spaces. Soft shades of honey, accented by camel tones, create a soothing backdrop. The overall feel is an interplay of elegance and simplicity resulting in an intimate ballroom with a fresh and understated approach.

The Conservatory is an extension of the restaurant's terrace. Arched glass doors bring the garden indoors to this sunny, airy, setting. As in The Ballroom, warm shades of gold and camel prevail.
